But some people find it hard to control their worries. Their feelings of anxiety are more constant and can often affect their daily lives. It is common for people to become anxious about getting anxious, and ultimately strive to live life anxiety free. This creates fear and a will to run away from anxious situations. So what is the answer? Medication may provide relief, but then you may become reliant upon it and possibly have negative side effects. 1. Listen to your body, you are anxious for a reason. It is a normal body response. If the situation doesn't warrant the anxiety, then reassure yourself that there is no danger. By listening to anxiety instead of running away, you will suppress the negative and become familiar with what triggers your anxiety.
2. Be kind to yourself. Everyone in the world suffers with anxiety at some point. Beating yourself up will only make things worse. Be brave and face up to your symptoms, each time you Suceed, your confidence will grow, leaving anxiety to shrink and lose power over you.
3. Get rid of the bad habits. A car with no service history is more likely to break down... Lose the mental baggage that may be contributing to your anxiety. Rensentment of yourself, others and the world. Jealousy. Self pressure. Hate. Grudges. Living too much in the past and future.....
