PETER JUDSON
Walking Guide
I dedicate all my time to ensuring the mental well-being of those who seek support. After 14 years in the military and facing ongoing personal challenges, I found the support I needed to fulfill my true potential. Despite battling PTSD and mental health issues daily, my life experiences have given me the empathy to relate to anyone in need of help.
I firmly believe there is light at the end of the tunnel, and that any situation or problem can be resolved if we speak out and come together as one. I am here for that very reason, committed to delivering support in any way I can.
For the past couple of years, I have designed and led well-being walks in our communities. These walks help people benefit from the outdoors, build self-confidence, and enjoy some laughs along the way. Physical and mental well-being are the foundations of how we live our lives, and I am dedicated to promoting both.

She uses proven CBT techniques to help people with anxiety, depression, OCD, worry, phobias, social anxiety and trauma.
