We offer accredited mental health training in Lancashire and nationwide, equipping your employees with in-depth knowledge of common mental health conditions and the skills to respond when a condition is suspected. Our experienced instructors will train your staff to become certified First Aiders for Mental Health, serving as points of contact within the workplace to assist and support individuals with suspected mental health conditions. Our training covers a range of subjects, including identifying mental health conditions, providing advice, initiating conversations, addressing stress, understanding psychosis, managing issues related to drugs and alcohol, creating a first aid for mental health action plan, and implementing mental health support strategies within the workplace.

1. Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health in the Workplace (Half-Day Course): £60 per person.

2. Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health in the Workplace (1-Day Course): £100 per person.

3. Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health in the Workplace (2-Day Course): £150 per person.
